We do not place orders on your behalf, handle client funds, manage portfolios, or solicit investments. All trading and investment actions happen outside Finoron, through your own broker.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

Market data, fundamentals, corporate actions, institutional flows, and other data points are aggregated from publicly available sources and third-party providers. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the data timely and accurate, Finoron does not warrant that the Content is free from errors, omissions, or delays. Market prices may be delayed by 15 minutes or more on the Free plan. Always verify critical data points against official exchange sources before acting.

4. Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Back-tests, historical screen results, fair-value estimates, technical signals, and shark/ace investor holdings displayed on the platform reflect historical data only. Any future outcomes will depend on market conditions, company-specific factors, and events that cannot be predicted.

8. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of Finoron does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Kakus Enterprises Private Limited. We do not know your financial situation, investment objectives, or risk appetite, and we cannot tailor the Content to your personal circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kakus Enterprises Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including investment losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

10. Jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Finoron shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India — the registered state of Kakus Enterprises Private Limited — as further specified in our Terms of Service.

We may update this disclaimer at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Finoron after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
