5. Subscription & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or programmatically access the Platform without authorization; redistribute data obtained from the Platform; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform are owned by Finoron. Stock market data is sourced from publicly available exchanges and data providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finoron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Market data may be delayed or contain errors — always verify with official exchange sources before making investment decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
