1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Kakus Enterprises Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAJCK3353N1ZY), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India ("we", "us", "our", or "Finoron"). Finoron is the brand under which Kakus Enterprises Private Limited operates the website finoron.com and related services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Finoron provides stock market data, analytics, and research tools for informational purposes only. We aggregate publicly available market data, financial statements, and institutional activity to help investors make informed decisions.

3. Not Financial Advice

Important: Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Platform's content as such. Finoron does not recommend any specific stocks, securities, or investment strategies.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. One account per individual — shared accounts are not permitted.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid features require an active subscription. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as selected) using the payment mandate you authorise at signup. You can cancel any time from Billing & Subscription; access continues until the end of the current period.

Payment processor: All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Finoron does not store your card number, UPI VPA, or bank credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email. Your current cycle is always honoured at the original price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or programmatically access the Platform without authorization; redistribute data obtained from the Platform; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform are owned by Kakus Enterprises Private Limited. Stock market data is sourced from publicly available exchanges and data providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. 9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India — the registered state of Kakus Enterprises Private Limited.
