It operates in two segments, Sewing Machines and Related Accessories; and Domestic Appliances. The company offers household straight-stitch machines, artisan machines, zigzag machines, embroidery machines, single and multi-needles, industrial sewing machines, and related accessories; room coolers, irons, heaters, and washing machines; kitchen appliances, including sandwich maker, toaster, juicer and mixer grinders, induction and infrared cooktops, rice cookers, JMG's, air fryers, electric kettles, hand blenders, gas stoves, and multifunction cooking and other convenience-oriented kitchen appliances; home appliances consisting of dry and steam irons, room and water heaters, fans and room heaters and coolers, and washing machines; and ceiling fans in BLDC, exhaust, induction technology, TPW, and various decorative fans. It provides its products under the Singer and Merritt brands through its dealers, distributors, and service centres. It also exports its products.
