The company distributes a range of specialty chemicals comprising 8-hydroxyquinoline, alpha picoline, aniline, benzylamine, crude BHT, CTPI/PVI, diallylamine, diethanolamine, ethyl cyanoacetate, gamma picoline, homopiperazine, hydroquinone, meta-aminophenol, meta cresol, meta xylene, methacrylamide, monoethanolamine, n-methylpyrrolidine, neopentyl glycol, pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, purified isophthalic acid, pyridine, pyrrole, resorcinol, sulfolane, tetramethylethylenediamine, triethanolamine, and triallylamine, as well as n,n-diisopropylethylamine; and performance chemicals, such as anionic and cationic flocculants, cyanoacrylate adhesives, polymer additives, rubber chemicals, thermoplastic elastomers, epoxy hardeners, and salt tablets. It also manufactures specialty and performance chemicals; a range of organic coagulants, such as polyamine, polydadmac, de-coloring agents, and blends under the BRILTREAT brand; and polyacrylamide flocculants under the BRILFLOC brand for water and wastewater treatment. In addition, the company produces acrylamide liquids and acrylamide powders under the BRILMIDE brand; n-methylol acrylamide (NMA) under the BRILMER NMA brand; and fabrics and made ups for industrial applications. Further, it operates two windmills in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The company serves the agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs, petrochemicals, perfumeries, polymers, textiles, rubber, ceramics, water treatment, specialty chemicals, and other industrial sectors. It exports its products to Japan, Korea, the United States, and China. The company was formerly known as Asia Fab Ltd and changed its name to Black Rose Industries Limited in September 2006. The company was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. Black Rose Industries Limited operates as a subsidiary of Wedgewood Holdings Ltd.
