In addition, the company offers general medicines, including Augmentin, an oral antibiotic for respiratory tract infections, surgical prophylaxis, dental infections, and skin infections; Ceftum, an anti-infective medicine; Calpol and Calpol T for pain management; Eltroxin for the treatment of hypothyroidism; Neosporin, Betnovate, T-bact, Physiogel, Tenovate, and Flutivate for dermatology indications; and CobadexCZS and CCM, which are mineral, vitamins, and nutrition products. Further, it provides oncology medicines, including Jemperli and Zejula. The company was formerly known as SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals India Ltd. and changed its name to GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2001.
