The Wealth and Asset Management segment provides wealth management business, broking, PMS, Equity and Debt AIFs, and mutual fund business. The Private Market segment comprises of private credit, such as corporate, bespoke, real estate and distressed credit; and Private equity funds, REITs, etc. The Affordable Home Loans segment provides affordable home loans including the affordable housing finance business. The company also provides real estate consulting and capital market lending services. The company was formerly known as J.M. Share and Stock Brokers Private Limited and changed its name to JM Financial Limited in September 2004. JM Financial Limited was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
